Samantha a saw you made a comment about Ryodan going after Dani in Burned to feary ? I don't think he is going in after her,it sounds like they r to busy with the meeting at Chester's ? Lor mentions in his sex scene that he is in Ryodan's office. But later in the scene he says he is sweeting a lot he wanders why Ry crank up the heat in Chester's as if Ryodan is there?

Ooh I want some snippets and spoilers! I've been looking for reviews from people who have already read Burned and I haven't really been able to find any of the good stuff. I'm a complete obsessive book stalker.

Ryodan didn't handle it we'll when Dani was gone for a month now she is going to be gone for longer how is he going to cope??? We might just get a better feel for Ryodan in that period?

Is it a Dani and Ryodan scene? Is he half crazed going out of his mind looking for her? Is it that whole you don't know how much you truly value something until it's gone, and now he's planning on telling her she's above all rules for him (maybe he can actually say I love you), and she beats him up for all the times he's made her mad and then tells him he's her world?

Can I just say it is so comforting to see that you all are going just as crazy as I am about Burned! Haha. All these excerpts are driving me insane. I just wonder in one of the long excerpts that was released where Barrons and Mac were talking about Dani being gone in faery for three weeks,it almost seems like some of Burned and Macs point of views takes place when Dani was in faery with Christian. I am probably wrong though. :-P
I don't think Christian was in there with Dani, he seems to be with the Hag for the majority of Burned. And welcome Laura! Join the madness!

Thanks Cookie,gah the book is so close but yet so far! What I meant was maybe the book kind of back tracks and shows a little bit of Mac amd Barrons point of view during Iced when Mac went into faery with Christian. That is probably far fetched though especially since obviously she ages fast in Burned which means she gets stuck in faery for a while!

Now my mind thinks Ryodan just needs Dani to complete something like training to become the 10th. He is possessive of her and says how others can't be with her but then again he wouldn't let Mac be with Barrons and did help take away someone significant to Kasteo. Dani's young and not as bright in his mind?? So he needs to protect her from herself in case she ends up falling for someone and blabbing about the 10, which isn't allowed?Christian might end up with Dani because he's sort of the underdog and KMM might swing us that way for unexpectedness... The more I think about it it's like Ryodan is there to entice us but he's not going to be Dani's... Wtf? I'm hurting my head thinking these thoughts. I hope Burned is brilliant and not a flop like so many of the recent books I'm reading, books of which I waited a freaking long time to read but failed to deliver.

On Dani's HEA, I have no doubt that it is Ryodan. All the signs point to them being a couple. Because, do you really think KMM is going to have Dani to "settle down" with Dancer, or be with Christian, who is three quarters lunatic? I trust that she would deliver another epic and passionate couple. And I have no doubt that this couple can only be Ryodan and Dani. :)
