As far as I could tell the Kindle edition is the only edition that ever existed for this book. Thanks :)

Everything through the end of the thread is done pending review of a couple of these that I have referred elsewhere.

I will work through the end of the thread and update this post. If there are questions I will ask in the new thread.

1058 done as there were no details in the record and you added it yourself
1059 done; I don’t know if the colors are supposed to be different so I agree it is an ACE
1060 done
1061 done; exclusive to newsletter and not on author’s website yet
1062 please do not create new editions in order to have them merged. Instead, we can edit the existing edition.
1067 I reverted a cover change to reveal a different cover. I recombined them. The author can request it to be merged if she knows the publisher did not send out any ARCs with that cover.

Done through 1103.
