I finished my first book of this challenge, Ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) pick of Her Holiday Man by Shannon Stacey. I love holiday stories and this one, as predictable and almost sappy as it was, I loved too! Thanks for giving me a reason to read it!

I managed to get off to a quick start this month, and I've finished 3 my first three books:

Never Judge a Lady by Her Cover (Gea) - Loved it as much as I expected!

Black Ice (Becky Bookworm) - This one just didn't do it for me, but I'm glad I read it since Anne Stuart is the FAC author this month and it's been on my TBR forever...

The Trouble With Elves (Breann) - Just plain cute and fun!

Now, off to decide what to read next! :D

I do read fast, I also don't sleep well so I read then too.
was a little shorter than the usual Kristen Ashley book by about 100 pages or so.

Blame It on the Mistletoe OMG ROGER! This was so adorable and sweet and cute and all the things. I loved it! 5 stars

yay, finished a book - I read Ivan - recommended by Donna/Ezi - lots of people have been raving about this author and i'll admit to being worried, but I was pleasantly surprised - I gave it 3.5 stars because I wants a bit more, it was too quick of a read (only about 125ish pgs - amazon says between 99 and 150 depending on version) - but i'm intrigued enough that I want to continue the series

Here are the books I've read this week

Shannan - Sought ★ ★ ★ ★ I started reading this series for the World Cup series and to my surprise I really enjoyed it. Alien romance it's cheesy, over the top and I love it.

Lily - Tightly Wound ★ ★ ★ For some reason although I enjoyed the rest of the series I just didn't feel connected to this one, both the story and the characters.

Diane - Take the Key and Lock Her Up ★ ★ ★ ★ I've loved this series and this is the last one. It was a very good book and the only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was expecting a serial killer type story which I was in the mood for but turned out to be a secret government organisation which I understand is going to be followed on in the new series. I do like that type of story but it just wasn't what I fancied reading.

Doruntina - Closer Than You Think ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not read a bad Karen Rose and this was the usual standard.

Toka - The Backup Boyfriend ★ ★ ★ ★ Gay for you format which worked well, I really enjoyed the way the book had a different type of people that are able to work well together and create a great relationship.

Jojo I am a huge Kristen Ashley fan, that being said, this series just gets better and better. I loved badass Detective Chace Keaton with the quiet, shy, sexy librarian Faye Goodknight.

I've finished four books from my picks:

Lizz: was great, but there was a little too much wandering around in the first half. I loved the magical elements though and I'm going to start the spinoff series in January. 4 Stars

Melissa: I've been told I'm not the only one still reading in the single digits of this series. LOL! It was very, very good. Loved the technology of this future world and the murder investigation was awesome. Roarke is yummy, too. 4 *Awesome Heroine* Stars!

AndaM: . I enjoy this series more and more with each book. The writer has such witty dialogue between her characters. I enjoyed Sawyer and Chloe's story almost as much as Maddie and Jax's book. 5 Stars

Beppy: I wasn't sure if Sam would redeem himself, but in the end it all worked out. This book satisfied my need for action and adventure. Lots of hunky SEALS fighting bad guys. It's one of my "go to" series for Romantic Suspense. 4 Stars

Catherine - Still working on ! This one is taking me awhile, mainly because DG's books are SO DETAILED that I can't do my usual fast read (although I do find myself skimming through William's parts...for some reason his story isn't doing anything for me). I read it in bits and pieces, but I'll have it done hopefully before Christmas! :)

AndaM - Finished - really enjoyed it! Not my favorite book out of the Thunder Point series, but definitely worth the read. Thanks for the pick :)

Dana - Finished - I could NOT STOP READING THIS. I can't wait to read the second book!! Thanks so much for the pick!

Aarati - Finished - Another great Jeaniene Frost book. So far I think I liked the Night Huntress series better, mainly because I got caught up in that story faster than this one and liked Cat's character right away, but this one kept my attention and I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Definitely worth the read! Thanks!

Roger - Finished - I was so glad you chose this book because I really wanted to read it. It has both romance and ballet, two of my favorite things! I wished the author had done more to develop the story between the two main characters (and in doing so created deeper characters), but other than that I really enjoyed this book. Thanks for the pick!

Right now I'm totally engrossed with (thank you Emelie!), and I'm starting and this week, so I'll update more in awhile :)

@Runell: I finished and really really liked it. The book was ♡♡♡♡½ for me. I loved how realistic the struggle against belief and desire was protrayed here. It was quite angsty, just like I like it.

OK well I'm setting aside yet another book. Have to set aside . I am usually extremely forgiving when it comes to spelling/grammar mistakes. But this book has blaring mistakes on every single page. The type of mistakes that force me to read the same sentence more than once to figure out what the heck is going on. On to the next one.
