So true. But the great thing about this challenge is it gives you the push to get back to those books you do want to read that keep getting bypassed!

Non-romance is fine Catherine, but I'd encourage you to limit the non-romance on your picking shelf. Our members know and like romance and it's sub-genre. They are less likely to enjoy picking books they don't know or like the precis on :)

Hi Catherine - if you join the bonus picks, you have to pick 3 books for everyone on that list. In some cases this will be for a second time where you were both in the same originally allocated group. These picks must have completely different recs to those original recs.

So you want me to add you to the bonus picks list Catherine? You'll be doing picks for two groups in that case (your allocated group and the bonus picks)... :)

Um - nothing. They just sit on your pick shelf until the next round or until you read them...

I asked that earlier. You only need to read the required five you don't have to read the bonus they are just extra picks

Nevermind..just reread the instructions and saw the key words "at least" and "Try to keep the shelf under 100 books." Gotcha. It's been one of those days...

LOL - no probs Courtney :) Just as a warning, you may come across some shelves with over 300 books, but it does make it much harder for the pickers. So I encourage ppl to keep their book shelves 'clean' and concise :)

Haha good to know! I tend to be compulsive about my to-read shelves..the librarian in me compels me to keep it neat and orderly lol. But I'm having a lot of fun finding all sorts of stuff I want to read, so keeping the list down is becoming a challenge! It will be fun to see what others think I should read on the list, though. :)
