I read the first four books of the Quinn & Costa Thriller Series by Allison Brennan.
I enjoyed them all though my favourites would have to be:
Book 1: The Third to Die
Book 3: The Wrong Victim
I'm currently reading the fifth book: The Missing Witness.
So far I'm enjoying it :-)

I read books 1 to 3 of the FBI Romantic Thriller series by Tess Diamond.
I enjoyed the first book—Dangerous Games. My only issue was that it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. I'd hoped it would get resolved later on in the series, but that particular thread was never mentioned again. Maybe the author intends to resolve it in some future book but for now it seems to be completely forgotten.
The second and third book—Such a Pretty Girl and Be a Good Girl—were also good. I enjoyed them. No cliffhanger. They can easily be read as a standalone.
I'm looking forward to the fourth book whenever it comes out :-)

I read some books of the Bone Secrets series by Kendra Elliot a while ago and enjoyed them. I now decided to try out her Callahan & McLane series. I'm currently reading the first book: Vanished. So far I'm enjoying it :-)

I have the first 4 books of the Callahan and McLane series, but haven't gotten to them yet. I've read some of Columbia River Bks 1-2, & 5. I need to fill in the gaps. I also have the first 4 Mercy Kilpatrick books on my kindle that I want to read.

Pam—I thought you might like to know I finished the four books of the Callahan & McLane Series and enjoyed them all. I hope you enjoy them too when you get a chance to read them :-)
I've learned the first two books of the Columbia River Series feature characters from the Callahan & McLane Series, so I'm going to read them next.
After that I have books by some other authors planned, but once I'm done with them, I'd like to read the six books of the Mercy Kilpatrick Series and then resume the Columbia River Series from Book #3 onwards. From what I gather, the later books of the Columbia River Series continue characters from the Mercy Kilpatrick Series, so it seems like a good idea to read the books in that order.

Melinda Leigh is great. I enjoyed her She Can... Series, Midnight Series, Scarlet Falls Series, and Morgan Dane Series. I haven't read the Bree Taggert Series yet, but I'm looking forward to reading it once I'm done with some of my other TBR books.
I also wish to read the Widow's Island Series, which I believe is a collaboration between Melinda Leigh and Kendra Elliot.

There are so many good books that it is hard to choose what to read next at times. It sounds like you have a good plan. I've read the first 2 & # 5 Columbia River books and have the third one on my kindle. I want to fill in 3 and 4, then read the Callahan and McLane series. I want to try some of Melinda Leigh's other series after I get current on the Bree Taggert series.
Happy Reading.

True. There are so many books I want to read, but I don't get a whole lot of reading time, and it can be hard to prioritise which book to read first.
Feedback from Goodreads friends, skimming through reviews, and reading sample chapters on Amazon help to an extent. It doesn't stop my TBR list from expanding. I add more books than I weed out. Lol. Still, the process at least helps in keeping my list focused and streamlined.
