what is the name of this book?!

Eleanor Oliphant doesn't have anything to do with this question I just don't know what this book is called so I couldn't put it as the title :) the books I want to find is this series of childrens books that I read when I was younger about a girl who moves to a new house with her parents and she become friends with the girl who lives next door and the girl's mum. The neighbour teaches her how to become a fairy and then she sneaks out at night and recites this thing which turns her into a fairy and then they both fly off to the woods by their houses and meet the other fairies and they might be able to talk to animals? Also I think one of the front covers was the main girl sitting on a tree as a fairy? I cant remember much but does anyone knows what these books are called?
