Challenge rules:
•This Challenge works in conjunction with the other challenges you may participate in during this time frame.

•While you are fulfilling the requirements of your other challenges, be on the lookout for the following items - they may be on the cover or mentioned in the book. Most items are specific, but if in doubt about an item – just ask!

•You may use a book to fulfill multiple items (you do not have to read 50 books for this challenge...do not worry!)

•When you find one of the items, list the Book Title and Author (or link the cover), date it, & rate it. Then specify where the item is found within the book and a blurb from the sentence. For audiobooks try to put the chapter if possible. If not, then at least let us know you got it from an audiobook.

•Books that are used must be read during the period of this challenge, the challenge does not start until 10/1/19, but you can get your lists together early.

Tari (thann) | 352 comments Deb, is doodling okay for doodle? If not, I'll delete it. I can also be on the lookout for the word doodle, but so far I've only found with -ing. Is -ing acceptable for any of the other words that could be turned into verbs? Thanks!

That is absolutely acceptable. :-) Unless specified, I like to be flexible by allowing variations of words.

Another example: Instead of the words "Video game", I'd take Pacman, Minecraft, Candy Crush, etc.

Hope this helps! I like to try and keep the 'hard ones' for the hard scavenger hunt. ;-)

Oh thanks so much, yes it helps a lot! I kind of thought forms-of were usually ok, but each challenge is different and I just like being sure. I can probably knock off a few more words now that I'm sure on that detail. Can't remember which books I originally saw them in, should have asked then, but I get in a hurry lol. Thanks again!
