They may or may not drink to deal with something but they also sleep around a lot to deal with the pain. They also come out of it okay and make healthier decisions in the end.

I suggest Beautiful Broken Rules by Kimberly Lauren. It’s a series but the first book is about a girl who drinks, parties, and sleeps around to help with a passed trauma. That is until she meets someone. It does have a good ending, and the rest of the books are really good too.
