That is a very difficult question! I have enjoyed most of the books I have read but I think my favorite would have to be Origin, I absolutely loved it.

On 7th Jan. I am not sure if it's the 14th night for you or you don't count them anymore. Our Christmas customs are a bit different. :)

In everyday life in Serbia we follow the same calendar as everyone else.
It's just that Serbian Orthodox christian church never made the transition from Julian calendar to Gregorian calendar like catholic church... So, basically, all our religious holidays are two weeks later than yours. :)
