Eurgh, that sucks!! Migraines are such a pain, honestly...
I'm not going to say no to you switching to a shorter book that you can finish before Sunday but if you prefer to just stay with your book, then that's fine as well. Basically, just do whatever works best for you especially with the headache probably still lingering. And stay away from the kindle - the screen's poison for headaches. :-)
