I have Not MY Father's son on hold at the library. So I am in for that but don't know when I can start. I'm #4 in line with 4 copies so it might not take that long.

Tara Jo, I gave up my hold on Little Big Lies, for that very reason. I will have to purchase it if I really want to read it in Janaury (& I do).

. I had heard great things about it. However, I didn't care for The Husbands Secret much....so I def won't buy this one, and may opt to release the hold if I need that spot on my holds!

Tara Jo, I rated The Husband's Secret 1 star, but Little Big Lies I rated 5 stars and it's one of my favorite books of the year. I can't say you would love it that much, but I would encourage you to try it since you already have it on hold.
Wow, you need to move to my little town in our area...sorry, to rub it in...only 15 of 56 of Big Little Lies are checked out, though both the audiobooks and the ebook are checked out.

Okay...that's encouraging! I have had 2 books by one author recently that everyone raved about and I just felt meh....so I try to keep an open mind so I'll probably keep on the list. But can only hold/request up to 10 books at once and I'm at 9 so if I need a spot it's getting dropped!

One thread had replies, meaning people posted.
One thread had no replies, meaning that nobody had posted to that one so she deleted it.

I really want to read this and I was going to say I'll do it in January, but I just looked at my library stacks and they have 16 copies but 115 holds!!! I don't think I'm getting this for a long time. Pout. (Sorry I had to share my disappoint)
