I read the books first. I agree that the show is much more about the relationship between the two women and the books are more about the mystery. I doesn't bother me, I just think of them as two completely different animals.

I read one of my Octobers and I'm currently reading one of my Novembers and Decembers. My goal is to get my last 3 books read by end of December. I should make it. Plus, I'd like to finish one more series...though if I finish my 2 December books (all 1300+ pages), I'll finish that series.

I read 11/30/14 and 11/17/14 for my November FWYS. I am almost done with the last book in the series but it won't be done tonight. :( I forgot to sign up for the December FWYS but once I finish I will reach my goal of completing 20 series this year!
