vaguely remember the plot of the book which I read long time ago. Two teenagers goes on a killing spree by toxicating foods which is consumed by public and one of the teenager is a bodybuilder and also a bartender. The protagonist is a female news reporter who discover the killers identity.... I guess the title of the book suffixed with "one".... Please help me.

Tab, I read this 5 years back and am not sure when it's published. It's not part of any serious and also not a teen novel. I guess the story is set around 90's. I am pretty sure that the title of the book begin with "one" followed and end with another word which I don't remember.
