Looking for a children's picture book I read in the mid 1980's. The story is about two brothers who live in castles right next to each other. They get in a feud and each build walls between their castles. As the feud grows they build the walls higher and higher until they can't see each others castles. I remember that the pages had a dark blue hue to them.
