It was a set of books about bugs each book focused on a different bug i believe, i wanna say Doodlebug was something in the title of the series or one of the books, i believe my parents ordered the entire set from a tv ad at the time, i can't find anything about these books anywhere online. Any help would be great, i wanna find them for my kids now :)

Glad you found your book series, Joshua. I'm guessing it's the Bugg Book series by Stephen Cosgrove. One of the early books is Eevil Weevil.
