Do you know of any books that nearly all center around activity in the character's home? Thriller/Horror/Mystery books in particular. I particularly like haunted house books but thrillers and mystery are just as welcome!

Sick House by Jeff Strand
It's been a while since I read this but I think most of the action takes place in one house.

A Head Full of GhostsThe Red Tree (ignore the cover; it's a good book in spite of that)
The House Next Door (this is a bit of a cheat since it's, well, the house next door)
The Collected Fiction, Vol. 2: The House on the Borderland and Other Mysterious Places
Deadfall Hotel
The Cormorant
The Harrowing
The Rim of Morning: Two Tales of Cosmic Horror (contains 2 novels, The Edge of Running Water is most like what you're looking for)
Softspoken
The Cypress House
Nyctophobia
Isis (relying on memory here, and it may not be reliable)
Apparently I like this premise, too.
The Troop takes place entirely on a very tiny island. The only thing in the island is a small house. This book is atmospheric on an extreme level.
This just gave me a thought about books that take place not just solely in houses but solely anywhere such as a factory, warehouse, asylum, outside, etc. Off of that thought it also makes me wonder if there's any significance of basing a novel solely in one place.
Here are some haunted house books for you:Darcy Coates writes about haunted houses so here are a couple or so for you:
Another author that writes house hauntings is Ambrose Ibsen and here is a couple of books of his that you might like:
This book was a creepy ghost story by author Anthony M. Strong:
