Ohmygosh, that is so awkward! Lol, I linked the wrong edition...I read https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... which has 210 pages as it includes multiple stories...there just was no ISBN to search for on the goodreads page for the exact book I read. I will try to post it again I guess!

There's nothing in the description of the book that mentions any of these events. If this book does feature one of these events prominently in the book, please repost with additional information - something from the book itself, a review, etc.

You have linked to an ebook edition of Daughter of Moloka'i. Since there is no MMPB, we use the top paperback edition for page purposes. That edition, Daughter of Moloka'i, has 336 pages, so does not fit the requirements of task 10.5.

Task 25.6, option 1 requires that the book be written by an author using a pen name or alias. See post 11 in the help thread: "A pen name hides an author's identity by being completely different than their real names, past or present."
It appears from her GR record that Ruth Rendell is not a pen name or alias, but is the author's actual name. Barbara Vine appears to be a pen name, but this book isn't written under that name. Much like Stephen King wouldn't work for this task, just because he also writes as Richard Bachman.

what's necessary is that the book you use be written under the pen name/alias.
