ABANDONED. Warrior from wind?

Hi I'm looking for this book where the guy is some kind of wind warrior. I got this book earlier this year but sadly lost it. An excerpt: So I think the h got caught by a bunch of gangsters or something and suddenly a gust of wind popped out. The wind H killed the gangsters and saved the h. I think he told her she was now his but I'm not sure. Well after the incident, cops were there and they watched the security cameras which just revealed the gangsters being killed and thrown by the wind(or something super fast). That's how far I got into the book. Please help! I appreciate your efforts! :) :) :)

Edit: I think it was a ebook that was released 2013-2014
