I suggest you don't start reading Joe's book unless he responds to our messages. The practice in these groups is, if someone goes AWOL, any reviews left are removed, and that person is not permitted to join any groups in the future.

I'm still hoping that we'll here from Joe, so we don't have to apply those sanctions.

After chasing Amazon, I have come to know that paying for Kindle Unlimited does NOT mean you have Kindle Unlimited. Apparently, Amazon insists I spend $40 so that I can have the privilege of leaving a review. This is out of the question. In fact, I am leaving Amazon. If they can't figure out a decent way to solve a problem like: Too many people were using this blah blah blah, I don't want to be here. But, to make sure that my reviews are posted, I have someone who does not post reviews and I have asked him to post my reviews for me. I hope this will be alright.

Thank you all for your reviews of my book. Could I please ask for a favour? Could you add how much of the book you have read? Not flicked through or 'speed read' - as some people call it.

Just Another Life is not a 'page-turner'. It will not be liked by many. But it is a book I have put a lot of thought into. If you just couldn't bring yourself to read it, that's fine. You found the 'Shakespearen' style dialogue format distracting, so you couldn't read the book, that's fine. But please indicate that you didn't read the book. You don't care about socialism, capitalism, feminism, you don't care what people think of David's star - absolutely fine, my book is not for you. You don't think there is anyone in the world who sits in a bar, or cafe, or whatever and talks about things like this, not a problem. But this is NOT the first version. I am not that smart.
