SOLVED. A guy that finds a weird watch on the beach and can't get it off [s]

So I read some chapters of the book on my laptop, but I can't seem to find it nor to remember the author and title. So this is what I remember from it.
It's about a young man, which lives with his mother, that finds a weird watch with blue lights on the beach,after which he puts on he can't get it off. He discovers what the watch does at his work place when his boss tried to get it off and died because of a powerful shock that came from it, then in the bathroom (he ran out of his boss's office) at an exact hour the watch teleports him to an unkown place. I remember that the place was someone's bathroom and that someone was actually taking a shower. When he exits the room the blind wife comes and the "hero" get's caught as she realises he wasn't his husband... then the husband comes and chases him around, nearly killing him. Then if I remember correctly he escapes and takes the bus.. and again at the exact same hour(this time a.m.) he gets teleported back in the toilet at his work place (and also causes an accident and almost everyone in the bus dies - I think). After some time of happenings he goes to a friend who was a readheaded girl, really good with computers and technology. She gives him a little robot-camera thingy so she can track him. The next time he teleports he is on a cruise ship. The details here aren't clear to me anymore but I know he ends up being chased by two feds guys, he in a boat and them swimming. I know he mentions them as being clones or robots because of their endurance. And this is all I remember.
