Romance book - couple break up, but have to play the relationship later

It is a romance genre. It is about a couple, where the woman has to break up with him because he (famous photographer) has no time for her. I think she opened a bookstore and the finances are not really working out. Years later (I guess) he comes back to her and makes an offer, that they just playing a relationship for his mother because she is sick.
I just tried the sample on my kindle and not the whole book. It was maybe a year ago an I totally forgot about it. The problem is, I can't remember in what language I read it. It is possible that i could have it in German instead. I am looking already for a long time for this book and I have been through my history on my kindle and amazon but still nothing. Please help!
