Remove Book from series and renumber other books

We took the first book (Convict Me) of The Rossi Crime Family Series out of the series. Please remove from series on Goodreads. Also, all the other books need to be renumbered. So Protect Me is now book one, Keep Me, is now books two. Guard Me is now book three and Tame Me is now book four. Convict Me

Because there are characters in common between the books they are considered a part of the series on Goodreads.If the book is a prequel it can be numbered as #0.
Okay but how do I move the other book numbers around?
Amazon already changed the book numbers around so it doesn’t match up the goodreads listing anymore
Were the numbers erroneous to begin with, or did the author simply decide to change them later?
They were correct before.The authors decided to change them now.

Cassandra, I would kindly ask you to keep the author order as on the cover, in line with Goodreads policy.
We are an author duo with 12 published books together and we both have equal rights on all our books.

Goodreads Manual clearly states:
'When a book has multiple authors they should be listed according to the order they show on the cover...'

But that would mean I can make no changes to my own book, how is that supposed to work? That policy makes no sense, I’m not getting up my right no edit my own book
It’s annoying enough that we have to switch back and forth to be able to make changes now you’re telling me I’m not allowed to make changes at all? Goodreads need to look into that policy
