The first book's title is wrong, though obviously the blurb is the same for both

Page count differs quite a bit, but Portuguese print editions have 560.

Why should they be removed? They all have ISBNs, so are valid editions.
But there are already books with same titles and all correct data and spelling that were added by Goodreads User (beneath part for description it says "Description Source amazon_kcw ").
It looks like they just need to be combined with the other editions of those titles.
@Antonomasia - agreed.@Anna - editions with ISBNs should never be deleted. If there are duplicate editions with which they should be merged, please combine them together and post the link here.
If they merely need combining and cleaning up of the titles, that is something you can either do yourself, or request to have it done in a separate thread, not in this one.

#257-261 If users add books without the ISBN, then Amazon or another source will import them separately, thereby creating a duplicate. We can edit the imported book if there are errors and merge the placeholder that the user created.
#262, 265 You are correct that those needed to be merged as they were placeholders. I merged them with their corresponding editions.
There is one valid ARC edition where people have already read the book, but most of the time people add regular placeholders or "Untitled" books until the real one is put on Goodreads, whether or not they have read it.

#270 Done; it is much easier to edit a book's information than to separate, combine, merge, and then recombine. That process can take a long time and can time out, especially for books with many editions. For the future, please post in a new thread and let us know what to edit instead of creating new editions. I also encourage you to apply for Goodreads librarian status if you haven't already lately and mention the languages that you know. (I don't know anything about the process, but it would be worth applying.)

This book has one edition in Poland. Cover is the same, maybe colours are a little different but c'mon, there are photos, it can be a little different.
In one of them someone put name of one from two translators, in second someone put names both translators. Still it is the same book, because it had one edition.
