I wrote a description for the plant-based shelf:

I would suggest putting it in the hierary under "Food and Drink":
https://www.goodreads.com/genres/food...

"Plant-Based" also contributes to "Vegan" since it is a subset. I'm not sure if this implies it should be placed below "Vegan" instead "Food and Drink".
