Children eaten by zombies on space station, there are robot nannies

This is either a book or an ebook. I think it's both. Basically the beginning of the book involves a bunch of children, I think they are on a trip, they are on a space station, there are robots that act as nannies. Well the zombies show up and eat the kids, the robots try to save the kids but fail, I think they, the robots try to block the stairwells but there are too many zombies. Also a bit before the zombies show up some of the kids hear scary noises in the distance. That's all I can remember. I am sure it was originally written in English. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is your book, but there are similarities to your description. There are children living in a huge "house" and taken care of by robot nanny's. They know nothing of their parents. Suddenly supplies stop coming and the kids grow out of their clothes. Food becomes strange. They have been told they can never leave the nursery or horrible things will happen. As things go increasingly wrong, they try to leave the nursery and discover "monsters" and dead children. The monsters try to kill them. Robots try to save the kids, but fail. There are scary noises. The title is Quicksand House
