How do I get my book reviewed

I'm not sure how this works as I am a new writer. How do I go about getting my book reviewed? I have iTune promotion codes to give out for free downloads.

To join a review group, look for one that says "Now Forming" in the title. New rounds open up about once a month so check back periodically.
