This thread is open for discussion beginning August 1st! Please keep in mind that spoilers are allowed (mark as a spoiler) in this thread but only up to the group's current reading place. Do not spoil the book if you've read further than the group. Any extra days can be used to catch up if needed!

So, I will say I wasn't quite sure about this book at first but after reading those first few chapters, I think I'm really going to like this book.

Absolutely love the settings and the writing is wonderful.
Can't wait to dig more into the story!

I'm really enjoying this so far. I'm loving all of the detail, which isn't something I'd usually like but in this book I'm enjoying it!

No spoilers or anything, but after reading today's chapters I got hooked and continued on to, eventually, finish the book. I really enjoyed this story.

I totally get it! I procrastinated starting it, but it definitely is a good read in my opinion :)

I feel like this is very predictable within the first half.

I finished today. Didn't hate it, didn't love it. If anyone continues the series let me know the highlights. Haha I'm not too interested in reading the rest.

Okay, so I'm just about at the halfway mark and let me tell you, I really am not enjoying this. I am here for the anxiety rep, but Stevie is really annoying me. I'm going to finish it but jeez, it's exhausting to me. I kind of feel like this is the point of the book where the author hit a writer's block and then added the group project element just to introduce the connection between the past and the present.

I ended up returning it to the library since my loan was up and I still was not enjoying it, but I might try to give it another go when I get the chance to loan it again.

Yeah I'm struggling to finish it. But, I'm 75% of the way there. I bought the ebook.
