Is it possible that Dimitri is dhampir again?

Okay, so I just finished this series recently.. And I just started a week ago. But already I think I'm madly in love with all the characters.Judging by what happened in the last book, I personally think that they are going to attempt to bring Dimitri back with Victor's brother. And hence need Victor to help them. Though busting Victor out of jail could be a problem, since Victor is.. still Victor, and might try his own thing and get away. But if they manage to keep him, I believe that in the end they will heal Dimitri, turning him into a Moroi. Because even if they manage to give him his Dhampir soul back, he's still going to be a vampire. Meaning he'll never be a true Dhampir again.
However, I think that since Dimitri would still have either traces of memories of what he did when he was a Strigoi I think that he'll use that against the Strigoi in their on going war with the Moroi. Sure, some of you are saying you can't see Dimitri as a Moroi, but think back to what Christan and Victor said in the first book when they were saying Moroi's used to fight ALONG SIDE of the Dhampir.
In either the end of spirit bound or the the whole last book, I think there might be a final battle between the Moroi/Dhampir and the Strigoi to finally settle it down. And maybe because Dimitri had been one and changed back, he'll help out a lot. Though some other theories might come into play as well. Being that they might try to change other Strigoi's back to Moroi's or Dhampir's so that they have more on their side. That would most likely eliminate the Strigoi. So I think either they will try to cure all the Strigoi, or there might be a final beat down in these two last books.
Though Spirit bound, is probably more about curing Dimitri and what not.. And then in the last book, they might either have to face some love problem between Rose and Dimitri, since he might be all iffy around her now since he HAD hurt her when he was Strigoi. Or.. Adrian might not die, and they will have this on going love triangle... But that would probably be along the whole book and not the focal point.
That's just my thoughts on what might happen. Because I doubt Mead will forget the whole battle between the two species of vampires.
I agree about the last book being about the fight against Strigoi. and if Dimitri is cured hge could be more help because since he was one himslef he would know how they think during battles and he's already 'badass' as it is. The only thing is, even though I think they are going to try and kill of the strigoi race, I'm not sure how many new Moroi there will actually be because alot of them who turned Strigoi choose their path and if they really wanna be Strigoi they can just kill another person and become one again. I think it depends on the true wills of the people who are Strigoi as far as whether or not they will become and stay Moroi, because if they wanna be evil they're going to have to die.

Or maybe Dimitri will be healed, just not physicallly healed, since spirit magic works with the soul and spirit. So maybe he will still be a Strigoi, just with his old goodness back. In Blood Promise, when he was holding the ring, Rose said he was like his old self, but still defeintly a Strigoi, with red eyes and fangs. Hello, major foreshadowing here? So, basically, Dimitri's going to be a good Strigoi.

A Love such as they have transcends time...their is no other then Dimitri for Rose...even through Blood Promise, "D", Still had some type of humanity for Rose...when he sent her the Stake, he did sign Love "D", Adrian turned out better then expected, because he loves Rose, he just may loose his life for her in some battle, or maybe a long lost sister of Rose will appear and Adrian will find his own love...but, D and R will be together in the end, no matter what he turns out to be....they belong together....

A good Strigoi; that would be interesting, but he would still have to have some of the Strigoi nature right and I agree with Haley I'd rather him be a Dhampier, but if their together I'll get over it.

well, heres a question. if you were one of them and you-or the other moroi-had a gun pinned to your head, would you use your element and get killed? orr wait to use them when the gun wasnt in their hand?
that is a good idea but what if it was either use the element or die no other options then what?? if it was me i would use my element, totally!!!!!!
I would have used element either way. use Christian for example he could have used his element (fire) to heat the gun in the guys hand (from the get-go) and the guy would have dropped it before he could shoot anyone. So elements all the way!!!!

N O W A Y!!! he is the main character, he can NOT die.about loosing his memory, well, I think if Rose didn`t loose it (even though she was actuallly dead and brought back to life thanks to Lisa). I don´t think Dimitri he will either. The guy is a "badass god" , he will get over the bad things he made as an strigoi once his turned back to a dhampir.
what I hope is that once he is a dhampir again he wont hold himself to do the things he wants to do like dating Rose in public or being soooo serius most of the time.
i really hope so!!!! i think that dimitri will turn back to a dhampir but i dont think he will be the same for a few chapters lol! and as for adrian i think he really care about rose but it wouldnt be fair to him if rose got with and still madly in love with Dimitri. i cant wait for this book to come out though!!! and whatever happens im sure its going to be great!!!! but i really couldnt believe the new dimitri and mean he was being to rose i mean i kno he is a strigoi but wow!!!! it hurt my feels for him to be like that towards rose and i couldnt believe it!!!

dhampir.... maybe... i have questioned the theary on if he is healed.. whos to say he will come back a dhampir... dimitri has turned strigoi and strigoi are full vampires... just evil and soulless... you would think if he were to be healed he would get his soul back and be a moroi... its a crazy theory... but it would kinda make sense
As long as Dimitri and Rose are happily together at the end... I dont think I mind what he comes back as! =DAdrian and Rose never felt quite right. I think it's because I feel like he'd always be her second choice. I think we all agree that if Dimka is normal again, Rose wouldnt even think twice and will surely chose dimitri instead of Adrian. So, it wouldnt be fair for adrian to be with rose.
Your theory makes total sense but I still hate the idea of him turning Moroi, it just doesn't feel right to me. If he did turn back to Moroi I wonder what his element would be though.

it just wouldn't be Dimitri at all, I mean he'd be stronger than a human, but Moroi could never be as bad a** as A Dhampier anyway. ,Even if there was a possibility of them having children it just wouldn't be the good Ol' Dimitri we all know & love! :)

7 more months till Spirit Bound. :( I have a feeling something really unexpected is going to happen in this one and I'm not sure if it's good or bad. & even though I don't want Adrian and Rose to end up together I'm kind of excited to see how their relationship is going to be.
Here is my opinion as far as the layout for the next two books. I believe that Rose turns Dimitri back into a Dhampire or else into a Moroi in Spirit Bound. In the Sixth book (Title still MIA) I think that they find out just exactly why the Stagoi have become so organized. I also think they'll take care of the problem, Dimitri at Rose's side.
One thought, though. What about Adrien? I've started to really like his character. Here's what I think. Christian's Aunt wanted Dimitri. Adrein wants Rose. Neither will get what they want in that department. But what if that denile brings them together? What if they bond through that shared experiance? I personally think they would make one hell of a King and Queen.

I've always thought that 'spirit bound' has something to do with dimitri and rose, since the title seems to more describe rose's situation (shadow kiss and blood promise) Is it possible for rose to be bound spiritually to dimitri? Maybe, somehow, she 'spiritually' bounds herself to him so he can have his soul and turn back to normal? just a theory.. :)

If you go back to Frostbite, Tasha actually isn't that old. She's just a few years older than Adrien. I think it could work.
Wait how much old 'is a few years'? Two? Now I'm going to have to read Frostbite again because i thought she was older too, but if she isn't maybe it would work. I'm not sure how i feel about them together, I mean Chrisitan's aunt was okay, but she wasn't that memorable a character to me other than she bent the rules and used her element and taught Christian to use his too. Then again she was annoying me a little when she came along anyways since she wanted Dimitri and I wanted him to be with Rose haha.

I found that online somehwere.. so based on that I came up with 2 theories.
1) Dimka finds Rose, and she becomes strigori, then converting Lissa, Christian, Adrian ... but I find that highly unlikely because of everything that has happened so far.
2) I think that Rose and Lissa will set out, but Adrian is probably going to want to come... I think they might find the other spirit users they met in Siberia.. I think Dimitri's family will also be essential in the next book.. Yeva might have something to do with it. I also think Lissa is going to stand up to Tatiana(queen)... I think Jill will play a bigger role, because they were teaching her how to fight with her magic... so possibly a showdown.. I think Dimka is going to be reborn by Adrian, not Lissa, or maybe he wouldnt be bound because technically he's not dead, hes immortal. I think Victor may become more of a power in Morori society as well.
I just read frosbite last night. Tasha is around 6 years older than dimitri, which makes her around 30. Adrian is around.. 22? if i remember correctly. I wondered if tasha will be back in the next books. Wonder how she would react to the fact that dimitri is in love with rose
That still makes her 8 years older than him and I don't know if Adrian is actually into older women. & I'm pretty sure she figured out that Dimitri was in love with Rose, and if she didn't figure it out in in Frostbite, Christian probably told her after she left to find Dimitri in Blood Promise. And I have a feeling she's going to return sometimes or another in either both or one of the last too vamp academy books. Especially if they fight the Strigoi race I'm pretty sure she would want to be a part of that.
I think that they might find more Morori who want to fight against the strigori ..also
watch the youtube reading of Mead reading a part about 2/3s in. Rose gets another tarot reading with ambrose(i think) and some interesting things come into play.
I think Dimitri will end up coming back as a dhampir and Rose will get back together with him, but also I think he may not come back and Rose will end up with Adrian...Towards the end I think Adrian was very mature and I think they would make a good couple.

Adrien is next in line for the crown and Tasha would make an awesome queen (Almost as good as Lissa would). And again I say that they (Adrien and Tasha) have a good chance of bonding over their shared experiance.
It's only one of many theories. Each are possible of being true. Outside of that slight possibility, there is no way to truely speculate how Mead will wrap up the series. Theories are only meant to tide us over until our appities are satisfied. Who knows? One of the least known, expected, or liked possibilites could turn out to hold more than a grain of truth. ;-}

I think she saves him. It will be hard no doubt.
I think that when that other spirit user(the one who tried to take over Lisa) showed rose that image-of her and Dimitri in a home of their own, and him saying that she saved him- I think that might have been a glimpse to the future.
SO maybe book 6th will more in depth with spirit users and ones who are shadow kissed.
