fall, spring, winter, then summer

Fall, spring, summer, winter

Salem, Massachusetts and St. Helens, Oregon

point pleasant, west virginia for mothman related reasons lol

I can't think of anything recently, two that I'd read in the past that stick out to me are Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell and Catcher In the Rye. Fangirl just felt like one big long run on sentence to me, no point, plot or anything interesting about it. Catcher made me really depressed reading it, but I didn't find it profound by any means.

I hated The Catcher in the Rye. Tried to read it years ago. It was a DNF.

In July, I rated Last Bus to Woodstock by Colin Dexter, 2 stars. I remember that I did not like it at all, but I cannot remember why.

Dot (my dog) or the first cool day of Fall.

There aren't any tv shows/movies that I watch during a certain time of year. I guess if I had to pick a movie, it would be Planes, Trains, and Automobiles since it's during Thanksgiving.

1. Autumn
2. Spring
3. Summer
4. Winter

I've had so many lately. Tell the Wolves I'm Home is a big one. I thought I was going to love it and I can't even make my way through it.

I feel like I never see anyone blink in a movie lol

classic country music. (patsy cline, emmylou harris, loretta lynn)

I read 12 books this month. Several short ones are in there.

My Year of Rest and Relaxation by Ottessa Moshfegh
Beyond the Clouds #1 by Nicke
Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield
Slewfoot by Brom (maybe)
I'll start with those five and see where the month takes me.

QOTD: When you go into a bookstore, do you enjoy browsing the store for hours or do you go in with a specific list of books in mind and then leave?

QOTD: It's spooky season! Choose a spooky season activity: Halloween party or exploring haunted places?
