LCPL wrote: "QOTD: A summer day spent at the beach or at the pool? Why?"Beach, beach, beach! Natural, soothing environment
In a restaurant— scrambled eggs or cheese and veggie omelet, cheese grits, rye toast. At home — toast (due to expediency and simplicity).
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What is your favorite coffee to order at a coffee shop?"Iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What's the most recent movie you've watched? Did you like it?"In theaters, my most recently watched movie was The Batman.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: A summer day spent at the beach or at the pool? Why?"I love both options, but I'm going with a summer day spent at the beach.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What is your favorite coffee to order at a coffee shop?"My current default order at Starbucks is the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with caramel drizzle and sweet cream cold foam. Before I discovered the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, my default was an iced caramel macchiato.
Depends on what shop and season. Summer local faves are DD’s butter pecan iced coffee w/ cream and SB’s iced coffee w/ skim milk, splash of cream, SF vanilla, and toffee nut. Serial Grillers and Killer Sweets does a nice SF vanilla iced coffee and their baked goods are delish.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?"i wanted to be a screen writer/director
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?"I don't really remember. I think I wanted to be a dancer at one point.
1. I'd probably write a letter to put in there talking about current times.2. Little polaroid pictures of me and friends/family.
3. A picture of Dot and a toy she has now or her collar.
4. Some art work that I've made.
5. Any jewelry that holds sentimental value.
QOTD: Would you rather be able to know the history of every object you touch or be able to talk to animals?
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: Would you rather be able to know the history of every object you touch or be able to talk to animals?"know the history of every object i touch. it could be a cool ability to have. i've always thought the ability to talk to animals would be more unsettling than we realize lol
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: Finish the sentence. I have seen every episode of..."i never really end up finishing tv shows. i used to be able to say i'd seen every episode of dexter but that's not true anymore bc they brought it back lol
Supernatural BtVS
Angel
GoT
The Wire
Nip/Tuck
The Shield
Justified
Breaking Bad
to name a few from the 90’s to present
..
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Stargate SG-1
Magnum PI
Murder, She Wrote
Big Bang Theory
I am sure there are others.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: Which Friends character did you relate to the most?"I don't think I relate to any of them.
Aragorn, hands down. 1. He's my #1 fictional crush. My ride-or-die.
That's the only reason I need to give. I guess he's pretty cool too lol.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: Do you take a sneak peak at the last chapter/page to see how it ends?"...yes. Just a few sentences. I like seeing how it works out while i'm reading. And i genuinely hate surprises. I do the same with movies and tv shows
It all depends. I don't have a set amount of pages before DNFing a book. I TRY to make it at least 50, but sometimes I quit 2 pages in. It depends on if I think it has potential.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: How long do you give a book until you decide if you're going to finish it or not? Why?"Typically I know within the first page. It has to be completely captivating or I can't finish it. That being said, if it was about a story or historical event I really had an interest in, I've finished books that ended up being terrible, just to stick with it.
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: Who is your favorite LOTR character? Why?"Boromir. only because its Sean Bean lol
LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What's your favorite board game and why?"aggravation or clue. they're just the ones i played the most growing up
QOTD: What foods do you mix together that you think is good but other people think is gross or unusual?
