I vote Edward! I mean yeah he left her in New Moon, but that was s that he wouldn't hurt her anymore. I couldn't see Jacob and Bella together anyway it would be too weird.

i totally agree with ryan!! i think jacob would have been a better choice for her bcuz he wouldn't leave bella... and i know edward did it out of "love" but i feel that he betrayed bella...
Oh we all know that Jacob WOULD have BEEN better for Bella, but without the love triangle thingy, it wouldn't have made a very good book!
Bella Swann is seriously the luckiest fictional character in the world. Despite the pain of hurting those she loves with her own wants and needs, and being in mortal danger a few times, she has two of the most epic guys in history at her beck and call. Sometimes I don't know who I like better, because J & E are complete polar opposites. Bella's poor little heart never saw it coming!!

Wow, ok so first of all. You people saying "Yeah, Jacob would never leave her." Duh, he soooo would. If he imprints on another girl, he can't just ignore that feeling and stick with bella. It would be impossible. Plus, edward's nicer and if Bella did choose Jake, he would wait for her and be there for her when Jake did finally imprint. And Edward only left to protect Bella. If I had to choose, I would choose the guy who left to protect me. Not the guy who left me for another women.
i agree on the last part but its not exactly jacobs fault that he imprints whos the one that imprinted on the young kid it wasnt his fault i mean if he had the choice on who to imprint it would totally be bella and edward is wayyyy too old and plus who would want to make out with an old guy?? definately not me!!!
It depends on ow you look at it, If you had never known his true age, then it wouldnt be so bad, but it is kinda wierd to know his true age, I would definately hesitate!
I think that Bella would be better off with Jacob. I mean she's all for becoming a vampire now, but who would really want to spend eternity as a teenager...you'll never be respected by other "adults" you'll have to attend highschool over and over again in order to blend in. It would totally suck. At least with Jacob she could have a family and grow old together. Maybe if Edward was like 27 or something when he died and she wanted to wait until she was that old, then that would be okay, but 17? Come on!

SO JACOB MOS' DEF. PLUS IF YOU READ THE POEM IN THE BEGINING... BELLA WOULD RATHER BE WITH FIRE. FIRE=JACOB ICE=EDWARD.CAN'T WAIT TO READ BREAKING DAWN

i would totally choose jacob. idk... there's just something about him that i like better than edward. i mean, don't get me wrong, i love the cullens and edward, but...yeah. and the only reason jacob was mean to her is because he didn't want to hurt her. and he wasn't allowed to tell her anything. the only reason she knows about the werewolves is because she figured it out herself. (with some help from jacob, but still...)
i wouldnt be able to choose i like them both equally.i would probably die making the decision. i had to make a decision like that once it was really hard so i can understand the position Stephenie Meyer put bella in.
I would NOT choose Jacob. Bella and Edward are meant for each other. Bella loves EDWARD, not JACOB!! And if Bella didn't choose Edward, I would cry. They HAVE to be together.
Can anyone tell me if Jacob actually outright denies imprinting on Bella? It seems like he just glosses over the whole imprinting thing - the book never actually says he hasn't imprinted. I think it was just Edward accusing Jacob of leaving Bella if he were to imprint - I don't remember Jacob actually denying ever that he had already imprinted. Does anyone know for sure? Did I just miss that?

i would have to choose edward hands down! i'd love to meet my owm edward someday though but im getting close cause my bf is a total gentlemen and reads me corny poems. and sits down with me to watch chick flicks and he doesn't complain at all! plus i also watch movies he likes too! soooooooo im pretty close to have an edward of my own!!!!
Lucky! I choose Edward- for reasons I've already said. Also, Jacob could imprint on Bella anyday, and do what Sam did to Leah.
But Stephanie Meyer said that Jacob won't imprint on Bella, which i think is a VERY good thing.
yep! it would be llike what happened to sam only that bella would be happy for jacob unlike leah who has serious problems...

ya know, i love Edward but for a minute at the end of Eclipse, i wished he wasn't in the story, almost that there could have been two happy endings....

okay so i definitely think some people weren't paying attention when they were reading the book. (sorry i'm going back to the imprinting thing...) jacob told bella to her face that they hadn't imprinted...plus don't you think she would know? and remember when jacob was trying to force it? he kept concentrating on her really hard trying to make the imprint happen... yeah, don't ask me how i remember this stuff...i retain really random crap in my brain... AND THANK YOU ALEXA!!! FINALLY, SOMEONE WHO AGREES WITH ME!!! it makes me sooo happy when i find someone who loves jacob. there's this girl at my school who calls jacob this wimpy smelly dog and it makes me mad...sooooo yeah...
Edward and Bella forever. Edward had lived 104 years without anyone and he deserves Bella to choose him. Jacob still hasn't imprinted so he still has the chance to find love. I suppose I am on Team Edward for the books, but i love Jacob too. I'm like Bella. Love them both, but in the end She neeeded to be with Edward.
