Okay so I am looking for a book with a cover that is similar to Margaret Rogerson's "An Enchantment of Ravens." I know it is not the same book because the book in question I am nearly certain is about a princess who rides dragons? The cover is VERY similar though. The girl on the cover looks like she's flying I think? Her arms are outstretched and she had short white blonde hair. The book has the same color palette as Rogerson's book and it is a YA or NA fantasy book. I believe it may be a standalone book.

Ha! I found it by accident. It was under the "related books" of another book. It was "Princess of Thorns."
