The theme for the August Book of the Month is "a book with a person's name in the title”.

We will be using challenge prompts (in this case, no. 34) for Book of the Month(s) so members can participate without have to add side-reads to their plans. Of course, you don't have to use the chosen book for week 34.

For those new to the group, a brief intro to the book of the month may be found here.

Rules:
- One suggestion per user
- A book will enter the poll once someone "seconds" the book
- Seconding a book counts as your suggestion
- Suggestions will remain open for five days or as soon as 5-6 books have been seconded.

Poll Entries
- The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch
- Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes
- Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier
- The Stories of Eva Luna by Isabel Allende
- Josh and Hazel's Guide to Not Dating by Christina Lauren
- Sweetland by Michael Crummey

I planned on reading The Love Song of Miss Queenie Hennessy, but it's second in a series so I won't make a suggestion. I may change my read, though, depending on what the group chooses!
