This week I'm reading Come Home by Raleigh Ruebins, Impossible Things by Beth Bolden, and Undone By You by Kate Meader.

Stacey (staceyissassy) I'm currently listening to Savage: The Awakening of Lizzie Danton by L.A. Fiore, and while I'm enjoying it, I admit to struggling a little with the Scottish accent. I've had to go back and listen again a few times. I love the accent but I can't understand the male narrator. I think his deep and rumbling burr is done a little too well. The female narrator is a little easier to understand.

I'm reading The Simple Life by Tara Sivec. I'm going to hold judgement because Tara Sivec's sense of humour can either be great or a wee bit OTT.

I read Top Secret by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy late last week and enjoyed it. But that sent me on a reread of Us, Good Boy and Stay. I wonder if those two are ever going to write the Will O'Conner/ex-figure skater book they seemed to be teasing at the end of Stay...

I started listening to the first book in Toni Anderson's FBI series A Cold Dark Place yesterday and I'm enjoying it. I see a glom on my horizon!

Leigh-Ayn | 1214 comments I am currently reading the Red Rising Series as part of a challenge...
It creates intense feelings of ill will towards the author at times hahaha Red Rising
I need a bit more romance...well any romance but that is ok I will survive haha

I've been tempted by Top Secret, just not in the right mood. I should just bite the bullet and buy it. I re-read/listened to Stay not that long ago and enjoyed it a lot. I want more in that series, hopefully, it will be soon. :-)

Irisheyes | 896 comments I've re-read US and GOOD BOY quite a few times. I love Blake!! He cracks me up. I started TOP SECRET but wasn't in the right mood for it. I'm sure I'll get back to it.

Susan (susaninaz) | 1075 comments I've got Karen Hawkins Her Officer and Gentleman today. It exceeds my expectations--surprisingly sexy as well as poignant.

Stacey and Irish, I guess I picked the right time for Sarina Bowen reading because Superfan came out yesterday! I'm about halfway through and loving it. Much more mature characters than Heidi Jo in Overnight Sensation (though I did enjoy it, I get how HJ can be annoying).

I have Superfan sitting and waiting for me on my Kindle. It will be my special weekend treat. :-)

Irisheyes | 896 comments LOL, guys! Stacey, I'm saving it for when all the family gets together next week for the 4th!! It's going to be my escape!

As soon as I read your comment on TOP SECRET, Manda, I went on Amazon, SUPERFAN came up and I downloaded it! Looking forward to it. Very glad to hear the characters are more mature! I'm craving that!

Well, they're like 25 so not mature per se. I just meant older/more mature than Heidi lol

I just finished and I think you guys will love it.
