I am trying to remember an old childhood book. I don't think this was a normal book with a plot, but more of a book with checklists and stuch. One of the character's had a name like Rella and she had curly red hair, possibly with black shades on. I know there were other girl characters. It was a picture book. It would have came out in the early 2000's. I believe there were slumber party check lists? I could be wrong. It was for children in elementary school at least. I remember reading it around 2003 - 2005.

OH MY GOSH! That’s it!! How did you remember it?!
I didn't as I've never read the book, but I figured the name Rella would be unusual enough that I might be able to find it, so I did an Advanced Search on worldcat.com for juvenile books from 1990 to 2010 and this looked like a possibility. I'm glad it was the right one. :-D
