Pic of back cover - clouds and lighthouse?

Please excuse the cat arm here but can anyone identify this book from this pic of the back cover? It seem to have some blue and white clouds and a cliff with a lighthouse on it? If you have photoshop (I don't) maybe the unblur function could help make the writing a bit clearer.
The pic is from last year so I'm guessing this was published within the last 10 years or so.

Do you think it could be The Western Wind by Samantha Harvey? This cover looks as if it has a similar illustration style:

Do you remember anything about what the book was about? Like what genre/plot it had?

Also I'm kind of curious how you got this mysterious picture. Was this a friend's book? A stranger's book? Your own book? Maybe this could give us more clues on what it could be!
