SOLVED. Unknown magic fantasy middle grade book title. [s]

I hope this is okay, but I need to find a book that is probably a middle-grade book. Unfortunately, I don't remember the title. I think I only remember a bit of what the book covered looked like and some words that were in the blurb.

So I'm pretty sure the book cover had a picture that was set at night time, and I think there was a picture of a tree in the middle. And next to the tree is a boy. I think this drawing was vector graphic like. And I think some of the words in the blurb were 'Gabriel,' 'sister,' and there was something about magic. I do know that I found the book in a bookstore in February 2019 so it may be around that time.

That's all the information I can give. I might remember more if it happens. Anyway, if you happen to find a possible answer, let me know. Thanks.
