I think I've found a scavenger hunt book, but I just realized the shelf says 'new york', not 'new york city'. Would that count or no?Thanks!
MKat- I have a couple questions too- not for the scavenger hunt though. Would Save of the Game work? The precis mentions one of the MCs is a New Yorker and the book is tagged New York State. It is also tagged Jacksonville, Florida which has a lot of beach.
The other book takes place on the Isle of Wight - does that work as an Island or is it considered part of the no-British Isle ban?

That's correct, Cyndee...it must be MPG romance, no exceptions. However, if enough people shelve the book as 'romance' before the end of the date on Friday, it will then qualify. 😉

Not entirely correct. As of now, that book doesn't count and I've noted that on your team thread. If later in the week it does qualify, she can repost and I can add it.
But the book needs to qualify when read! If it is posted and I check and it doesn't qualify, then it is out. Sort of like adding the book to a list after the date task is announced, if you see what I mean.
If it does qualify after the fact and is entirely read within the date, it can then be posted and I will count it. But I'm not going back to double check books that I've disqualified to see if they qualify later in the date.

The adding it later is akin to realizing a book fits a challenge after the fact - you didn't read it that, but it works anyway so you may as well use it. Not exactly the same, but similar. 🤷🏻♀️
