Done. You should have support change your name to John D. Hughes because that is what is on your books. It will also cut down on the wrong books being sent to your profile.

#214 yes it fits here, it also fits on Book Issues as well. Book moved to your profile & combined, then merged with the no info edition. Reviews etc will take a little while to appear due to caching.

You will always need to ask a librarian to move your books to your profile, so just remember to do that when you publish.
