Trivia questions are user content, just as are reviews. If you wouldn't change a user's review, don't change user content in question form either.

If you have a concern about a librarian edit, you should flag it or contact Support via the help tab at the bottom of the page. Calling out others is not allowed in the group and your post will be deleted.
Done. In the past I've received no response to a flag of a librarian damaging my work.My name is on my user content. It should not be edited without my permission.
Please delete the user name and link from your original post. The members of this group are not employees of Goodreads, so you should write to Support with concerns about policy.
Yes unfortunately they can and do, despite goodreads' claim librarians don't edit user content. Yes they do, and have been at it quite a bit lately.
I didn't know until now that librarians can edit trivia questions, but I can imagine a trivia question may be edited if it contains incorrect info or spoilers, just as librarians may correct book descriptions containing irrelevant info or praise quotes.
No, I've had at least one question changed from right to wrong by a librarian. The user is not consulted, does not know it was changed unless he happens to notice it later. The librarians are changing questions on which they have not read the books. This is user content, just as reviews are. It should never be changed except with the user's approval.

Correct. This group is not the place for complaining about other users' edits. Closing thread.
