SOLVED. YA Book about a girl who can't remember her identity. [s]

I remember reading a YA book about a young girl, whose name I dont remember (perhaps Emily?) around the year 2012. The book had some illustrations - so the protagonist had black hair and dark clothes. I remember that she wakes up in the middle of a park with her diary not remembering anhthing about her identity, who her parents are etc. She goes on an adventure of self-discovery and ends up finding her identity and family at the end (including a twin sister?) as well as the reason why she ended up losing her memory in the first place. Can anyone help?
