How to retrieve the full review body?

I'm using the review/show.xml method to get review by its id.
but I can't get the full body of any review I don't own, and it seems there is only a 297 characters allowed to retrieve.. is there a way to retrieve the full body of any review ?
I read this thread and there seem to be a way!

I have asked goodreads support and they answered that there is no public available api for this
