The book started with a girl standing in the rain, I think near her apartment building. She was in shock because she caught or found out her room mate was sleeping with her boyfriend. Another girl from another apartment comes down and says to come up to her place because her room mate said so. She knows of this guy because they see eat other from their bedroom windows but never officially met but know each others names. The room mate is annoyed at having to go down in the rain and get her. After that she goes upstairs and is greeted by the guy and I can't remember any of their names or what happens after. I remember I read about the book here on Goodreads, so I got the sample on my iBooks but have lost all my book samples that I hadn't purchased yet. PLEASE HELP!?!?! (Only about a month ago I think it is pretty new)
