SOLVED. YA book; a girl goes camping with ex, they get attacked/hunted. [s]

This was a YA book that I believe was published about five years ago. A girl goes on a camping trip in the woods with her ex, who’s also her best friend’s brother. Someone also attacked them or was hunting them down.

SPOILERS:

The villain was the father of the MC's ex & friend. I think he was hunting for her because she had found out that he had previously murdered someone else. The first scene of the book was the MC in a car, driving to the cabin or wherever they were staying. She and her ex ended up getting back together by the end of the book, I think. They/their car also ended up getting stuck in the snow at one point.
