Holy crow what a ride! The first book was amazing and the second one did not disappoint! My understanding was that this book would be the end of the series, at the end of this one it says it's not and to expect the next one early next year. This news just made my month, my year, etc I was so not ready to say goodbye to Alex and Nick. I absolutely adore these two and the new people that are added to their group in this one just made it all the better. They're like the modern day version of X-Men lol. Campbell will literarily have you ROTFL! This book will make you feel every emotion under the sun and you better be ready for an awesome ride. To any of you readers that like an action packed story with a sweet romance and an awesome way of presenting the story that make you feel like you're there, then GO PICK THESE BOOKS UP!!!

3.5 stars.

For the first 50% it was good. Then Lauren character changed she went from being bad ass to insecure real quick. I wanted them to fall hard but I guess I lost my interest of the book.

Review:This was a sweet easy read, I enjoyed my time at the Inn and I enjoyed seeing Owen and Avery's romance blossom. Owen is a planner and Avery is spontaneous and somehow it works beautifully. The added bonus of a ghost just makes the whole thing fun. I'm looking forward to Ryder's story next.

Review: Pepper Martin is done helping ghosts. She helped a mob boss solve his murder after cracking her head on his mausoleum, but that's it. Until, of course, he spreads the word that she's a pretty good private investigator for the dead. Now Pepper's being asked to prove that a sweeping epic of the Civil War (think a Cleveland-based version of Gone with the Wind) was written not by the woman who has taken credit for it for the past 50 years, but by her dead sister. Nothing's simple, so in the course of figuring out the mystery, more is unearthed than Pepper bargained for and now her own life is in danger.

Great job team!!

Ok these books are officially like crack to me. So many huge developments in this one and I feel like this was a major game changer for the series. The action was a little slow to start compared to the previous 2 but when it did holy crow did it ever. Where as the first two were creepy and spooky this one was just freaky! Don't click this spoiler if you haven't read this:

Review: Number 36 and still going strong. I can never get enough of Eve and Roarke. The mystery in this one is more interesting than in the last one and I enjoyed reading about Eve catching the bad guys. Roarke made his usual appearance as her trusty side kick and their was very little angst over her childhood, which was nice. Very enjoyable.

This highly anticipated installment had me on edge. I have to remind myself when it comes to second installment and new couples to lower my expectations. I was waiting on Chase and Remy story. I was happy with what was orifices it was less emotional but I really loved it. I'm hoping we can a boo three but I don't see the couples.

Review: Artemis Fowl is in trouble with the fairy folk again, but he doesn't even know they exist! At the end of the last book, Artemis had his mind wiped of all knowledge of the fairy world, and is back to his old capers, this time attempting to steal a well-known painting. Things are going well below ground as well, and Holly is up for a big promotion. But, even in a coma, Opal Koboi is still dangerous, which she proves with a brilliant escape plan, and a need for revenge. I really like this series, but there must be a 12-year-old boy inside of me somewhere because Mulch Diggums always makes me laugh!

I've been waiting on this book since forever. From beginning to end Whyborne showed up and showed out. This was by far my favorite in the series. I can't believe all the death and destruction that happened. It was weird, sad, and just an adventure from beginning to end. I love Griffin and definitely stuck by his morals in this book. Plus the lovely Christine was amazing as well. I devoured this book in one sitting, I couldn't wait.

I couldn't put it down. I rolled and was super excited a 5 was involved. I didn't put it down once I started. I went to bed at 5:00 this morning.

I'm in Philadelphia for a conference. I didn't have to go down until after lunch so I slept for 5 hours. I'm okay.

Riley is kicking some major butt in this one! If you like a strong lead (like Kate) and nonstop action with some good drama mixed in, you'd enjoy these books. Some big plot development in this book. I really like the track it's taking and I suspect book 4 will be super good. These are fast and easy reads too. Looking forward to the next one!

#3 in the Elite Force series.
It will be a quick read and I can most likely finish it today.
