YA book. Girl finds out she’s a nephilim and there’s a character named Pheonix who’s a fallen angel

I can’t remember the actual plot with 100% certainty. I know that it was about Fallen Angels and that one of the bad guys was named Pheonix. I think the good guys have to find artifacts to save the world. I read it in high school and I don’t know the publication year but it was between 2008-2016.
