The ebook and Kindle editions already are combined (means linked together on Goodreads).

As a Goodreads Author you have the ability to select which edition you wish to be the default one (to come up in title searches, show on your author main page etc). Here's how: https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/3...

(Manually setting a default edition is not mandatory in any way. If not set it will automatically be the edition with the most user shelvings/ratings.)
