The ebook edition is for ebooks sold outside of Amazon. It just doesn't have an ISBN listed at this time. Kindle is for the Amazon edition. So they can't be merged/deleted.

Edit:
Sometimes someone has uploaded the Kindle edition and listed it as ebook, but in this case the author does have ebook editions.
