I just messaged Grey in case she wasn't aware but I notice on AT's Undertow blurb on Amazon it says this: This story was originally published in 2013 under the title Sex Love Repeat. It was a 7x Book of the Year nominee and a USA Today Bestseller. This keeps the same storyline.

Sales probably thinned out and this is a way for her to give it new life. But I definitely think it should be obvious to potential buyers who might accidentally buy/read the same book twice. Honestly I've never heard of another author but her do this--not with the title too. A cover update is pretty common.
