#955 It doesn't appear that any of the issues were posted online in their entirety; the ones that were, required a login.
ETA
on second look through the Internet Archive, some of these were available to purchase as Kindle editions several years ago. Some of the newer ones can probably be deleted, but it would take time to research each issue.

#963 You need to let the author know that she should contact Support through the Help tab at the bottom of the page if she wants to have the book deleted. We can't just delete a book if it exists. Users/authors should not add books to the database if they know they do not intend to publish them.
